Historically each brands’ warranty came with different conditions, however we wanted consistency throughout all of our entire range. For this reason, we created the Light Culture Warranty which covers all the products we sell.

We feel this warranty is one of few on the market, which is fair and reasonable, devoid of unfair conditions such as the maximum number of operating hours per year, ‘acceptable’ failure rates and excluded components.
