HomeCo. is an Australian Real Estate Investment Trust that focuses on investing in neighbourhood-centric retail centres. Their portfolio includes 53 shopping centres across Australia, with over 1,000 stores. Located at Macquarie Place on Circular Quay in the Sydney CBD, their new headquarters needed an interior design to compliment the arresting panoramic views over Sydney Harbour.

STUDIO LINE pendants from BEGA were specified independently by Antoniades Architects. Distinctive and expressive – STUDIO LINE luminaires create a pleasant and sophisticated lighting atmosphere. The metallic inside colours contrast beautifully with the exterior finish – especially when illuminated. The striking, lightly textured velvet black or white exterior surfaces lend a quality look to the metallic luminaire housings. Before the enamel coating is applied, all form-giving parts of the luminaire are polished on the inside by hand and then galvanised, preserving the charm and quality of the finishes.

The outcome is simply stunning with STUDIO LINE, and the strategic colour palette of the interior design, perfectly setting off a stunning office set against the backdrop of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
